About
I've been playing golf for about 50 years. After a long career, I'm semi-retired now and play close to four days a week on average — which either makes me extremely qualified to teach or extremely available, depending how you look at it.
I'm not a certified PGA instructor, and I won't pretend otherwise. What I am is someone who's spent five decades on a golf course, made every mistake there is to make, and figured out how to enjoy the game anyway. I started giving a few lessons recently and — turns out — I really like it. People tell me I make them feel comfortable, which matters more than you'd think when you're standing on a range for the first time feeling like everyone's watching you.
Whether you've never touched a club or you're dreading next month's company golf day, I'll meet you where you're at — patience, a sense of humor, and zero judgment included.
